This winter, experience the fun and excitement of AusKick, the introductory programme for AFL, with the Maroubra Saints Junior Football Club – an inclusive, family friendly, community orientated club.
If you have a child born in 2013, 2014, 2015 or 2016, are new to the game, keen to get involved or just interested to see what all the excitement is about, then come and join us on Wednesday 21 April, from 16:30-17:30, at Heffron Oval (Jersey Road, near the Scooter Park) in Maroubra to have a run around with our AusKick sides and try it out for free – we’re even running a Free Sausage Sizzle!
We’ve got sides for U5s (born in 2016), U6s (born in 2015), U7s (born in 2014) and U8s (born in2013). Training and games are non-tackle, with a focus on inclusion and most importantly, FUN! The Maroubra Saints hold AusKick training sessions on Wednesday between 16:30 and 17:30, with a focus on skills, gamification of drills and a whole lot of fun, then on Saturdays mornings between 1 May and 14 August, we play games against other local teams from the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West Area.
