We are pleased to announce CHAMP Mouthguards who is a local custom mouthguard provider will be attending training for mouthguard fittings, offering a convenient alternative to booking a visit to the dentist.

NO MORE GOOEY IMPRESSIONS. Champ uses the latest 3D Intra Oral technology and will be scanning instead. This means anyone with braces can now get a mouthguard fitting done at training.

Fitting Date: Wednesday, 13th of March

Time: From 4:00 PM
Cost:
– ProCHAMP: $200 double layer, suitable for all sports.
– EliteCHAMP: $250, added reinforced protection ideal for heavy contact and stick sports like hockey.
– Mouthguards for Braces: $250
Prices include GST. Additional fees are not expected. Cost includes custom made mouthguard, mouthguard sanitary box, lanyard, initials & mobile number on the inner side of mouthguard.
Anyone with private health insurance may be eligible for a rebate, which can be up to 80% depending on your coverage level.To streamline the process, CHAMP Mouthguards has an online form for reserving your fitting and securely making payment. Please complete this form prior to the fitting date to ensure a quick and efficient process.

A paid tax invoice will be emailed to you upon full payment, which you can use to process your claim directly with your health fund provider.
