🏆 Nominate a Local Legend – Maroubra Saints awards!!

As we know, our Club is a community based club run by volunteers. It’s the tireless commitment of our volunteers that not only keeps our club running smoothly, but also strengthens the spirit and community we’re so proud to share.

This year, being our 25th year of Maroubra Saints, we’d like to invite our broader Saints community to nominate the amazing volunteers of this club for any one of our three perpetual awards.

  • Patrick Curtis Club Spirit Award: Recognises a club volunteer who has gone above and beyond in their service this season. This could be anyone who has stood out through extraordinary effort and contribution. Named in honour of Patrick Curtis – a founding member and long-serving president of the Maroubra Saints – who set the standard through tireless commitment across all aspects of club life.
  • Arnie Tees: Recognises a long-standing volunteer whose dedication and support over many years (min 8 years service) have helped shape the Saints bringing enduring commitment, leadership and a legacy of service. Named in honour of Arnie Tees – one of the founding members of the Club whose generosity and belief in the club’s potential helped bring the Saints to life. Nominees should have contributed unwavering commitment and consistent contribution to the club over a significant period (minimum 8 years).
  • Life Membership:  The Club Committee may award Life Membership to a member who has provided at least five years of exceptional service, upholding the Club’s values, promoting the Club’s objectives and values and was, or continues to, be an active member of the Saints community. This is one of the highest honours and recognises those who have had a lasting impact on the Maroubra Saints community.
